For special orders we require a minimum order of one dozen per flavor and 24 hours notice. We will do our best to accommodate same-day call ahead orders when possible but it is not guaranteed. If you do not have specific designer flavor requirements then feel free to ask what flavors we have and we’ll be happy to create a variety pack from any of our Couture collections.
DELIVERY CHARGES
There is a $15.00 delivery charge for deliveries within Southington. For deliveries outside of Southington, delivery shall be based on zone distance from Frosted Couture Cupcakes. Zones are equivalent to 5 mile increments and shall be charged a rate of $0.55/mile, or in accordance with the the current IRS reimbursement rate, one way, based on map/direction information available through Google Maps. This rate is subject to change without notice. Additional delivery surcharge will be applicable for deliveries that require more than one-hour travel one way. Deliveries requiring more than one vehicle shall be priced at a rate equivalent to double mileage. We request that all delivery orders be placed by 6pm the day prior to delivery.
