Do you still have a retail shop?
We no longer are making our cupcakes available for retail purchase. Our kitchen and special order baking operation is now located within Six Pence Pie Company at 26 North Main St., Southington, CT 06489 (which is directly across the street from our previous retail location).
Can I stop by and pick up a cupcake?
Not at this time. Due to the economy, retail has proven very difficult for us and our focus for 2013 is to make your special orders and special events magnificent! In light of this and due to us being a special order cupcakery, we do not carry pre-made cupcakes. There is a minimum order required of 2 dozen with 24 hours notice.
Do I need to order my cupcakes in advance?
Yes, orders of two dozen or more should be placed at least 24 hours prior to pick-up or delivery.
Can I phone or email an order for pick-up?

Do you accept call-ahead orders for same day pick up?
Not at this time.
Do I need to pre-pay?
Pre-payment is required for orders over 2 dozen. This can be done over the phone via credit card or on our order form that is emailed.
Do you deliver?
Yes we do! See our “order” page for details regarding delivery.
Can I have my cupcakes shipped to me?
Unfortunately, at this time we do not ship our cupcakes but hope to offer this service in the near future!
Does Frosted Couture Cupcakes only make cupcakes?
Nope! We have several Couture Collections of tasty treats to choose from! See our “order” page for more details.
How do I store my cupcakes?
Our Couture Cupcakes are definitely at their finest when they are at their freshest! However, you can enjoy them for up to 5 days when kept refrigerated in an air-tight container. Our cupcakes are best served at room temperature so make sure to remove them from the refrigerator about an hour prior to enjoying them!
Do you offer special decorations?

Can you put my company logo or picture on a cupcake?
Absolutely! With 2 weeks advanced notice we can customize any cupcake with your picture or corporate logo!
Can I choose my own colors for icing and décor?
Certainly! For special events we let you run the fashion show! Just let us know what you have in mind and we’ll do our best to bring out your signature style with our Couture Cupcake fashions!
Do you cater for weddings, baby showers and other events?
We do! We have a huge variety of options for your display! From cupcake towers to our Couture Candy Collection displays, to Smores Bars and Mini Cotton Candy Buffets! The options are endless! How many cupcakes do you recommend per person?
For special events, we really feel that no more than 1 cupcake per person is necessary, especially if you decide to go with any of our Couture Collection add-on’s to enhance your event!
Do you rent cupcake towers?
We sure do! Our rental fee is $25.00 for all towers with a $100.00 refundable deposit once returned in like and condition and an agreed upon time.
Do you offer individual boxing?
Yes, we do! You can have your cupcakes individually boxed for an additional $.50 per box.
Do you offer any gluten-free, vegan or sugar-free cupcakes?
Not at this time but our bakers are hard at work perfecting gluten-free flavors to add to our Couture Cupcake Line soon! Stay tuned!
If I have a nut allergy, should I eat at Frosted Couture Cupcakes?
Although not all of our cupcakes are made with nuts we ARE NOT a nut free kitchen. Therefore, we recommend that those who have severe nut allergies should not eat our cupcakes.
